Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all games, websites, applications, and online services (“Services”) that link to this document, developed and provided by DISPORTY LTD (the “Company”, “us”, “we”, “Ourselves”, “our”). The Services are also subject to our Terms of Service, and any other policies included in our Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the Company collects when you visit or use our Services and how we might use or share it. We’re only describing our own practices—this notice doesn’t apply to third parties we don’t own or control. Please read this document in its entirety and make sure you understand it and agree with its terms and those in the Terms of Service before beginning to use our Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information collected from job applicants.

Whilst you are using our Services, note that some information will be publicly accessible to others, such as your game statistics and performance. We may record gameplay and related information and replay, or otherwise make it available to other players without further notice to you.
When you’re using a piece of hardware connected to the internet to access our Services we automatically receive information including your, gaming service ID, console ID, game scores and performance, game achievements, IP address, MAC address or other device ID, other console/device information, and other information and statistics regarding your use of our Service. We may combine this information (“Gameplay Data”) with other information we have about you.
When you use a third-party service in connection to our Services, we automatically receive the information you have stored with them. Your privacy settings on the third party’s service will control what information we receive, so please make sure you’re comfortable with those settings before connecting those accounts with our Services.
We obtain information from publicly available sources, like social media, which we may use to better understand our users or to seek intelligence about breaches of our Terms of Service. We also receive information from other individuals who use our Services. This may include information about you if you are mentioned in comments on our message boards, forums, chat rooms, or other Services, or an individual sends us a direct message, for example, about an alleged breach of our Terms of Service. Even if you don’t register for the Services, we may publish game statistics, gameplay boards, and multiplayer match information based on your use of the services when they are essential components of the Services that we offer you and others. We combine information collected through various services and may display it publicly, including on our Services, in our games, or in multiplayer game lobbies. Like other gameplay services focusing on statistics, your game activity, leaderboards, and multiplayer match information may appear within the Services or third-party web pages.
How We Disclose Information

If you wish to delete your account, please email deleteaccount@disporty.com from the same email account you used to register for our Services, please include your nickname in the message, and include "Delete Account" in the subject line.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are generally directed toward a broad audience, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 years old.
For the services directed at audiences of all ages, we may restrict the collection of personal information on the Services from anyone, apply age gates that allow children to still use the Services while restricting the collection of personal information on the services for them, or get a parent’s or a legal guardian’s permission to collect personal information from children. If we are made aware that a child has provided personal information without the consent of his parents or legal guardian, we will delete this information as soon as possible. As normally expected with public forums, there is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality on these platforms. You are solely responsible for any information or content you publicly post using our Services.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy in order to reflect the changes in technology, law, business operations, or any other reason we determine is necessary or appropriate. We encourage you to revisit this page periodically.
